1. Through AMS, you can survey teenagers. parents or a mix of the two groups.  (Surveying a mix enables you to compare the responses of two different age groups.)

Each Key or Interact Club will indicate how many survey takers it has to take your survey.

2. You may survey as few as thirty  people.  The price is $3.20 per completed survey, meaning that the minimal price is $96.

There are significant discounts if you survey more people.  See the last column on this page.

3. Because a survey is to be quick and anonymous, it has to be formatted a certain way, as described under "Getting Started."

4. You outline what you wish to say in the survey and AMS drafts the survey for you.

5. AMS e-mails you the draft.  If you approve, AMS uploads the survey to Google Forms and the survey begins.  Once a survey begins, it cannot be stopped or changed.

6. After three days or after your requested number of surveys has been completed, whichever comes first, AMS notifies you.

7. You submit payment in full to a Key or Interact Club.  AMS then e-mails you the survey results as an aggregate, that is, a total, not as separated individual results.

If you wish to see results separated by individuals, that is possible for an additional $1 per completed survey.

8. Also, you may say that you have helped a school club or program fundraise.

If you survey a hundred people, in one survey or cumulatively over multiple surveys, we give you a blurb in our occasional e-newsletter to teenagers and parents.
